Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders received before 12:00 (Slovakia local time) are dispatched the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 are dispatched the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery

We currently ship within the European Union. If we cannot ship to your address, you will see it at checkout.

Estimated delivery within the EU is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary by destination.

Shipping costs

Free EU shipping on orders of 150 € or more. For orders below 150 €, shipping costs 17 €.

Tracking

We ship by courier. A tracking number is sent when it is available.
