Partoria operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Partoria is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy, Privacy policy and Contact information, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies above. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Access and Account

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.

You may be asked for your email, billing, payment and shipping details. You represent that this information is correct and complete.

You are responsible for your account and its security. You may not transfer or sell it.

2. Our Products

We describe parts by OEM number, condition and photos. Appearance may differ from your screen. Please review the condition description and photos for each part before ordering.

We may change descriptions, discontinue a part or limit quantities.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. The order is accepted when we confirm it, after payment is processed.

To request a return or cancellation, use your customer account or email info@partoria.eu with your order number and the parts concerned. Please refer to our Refund policy for return and cancellation information. For a wrong, damaged or faulty part, email info@partoria.eu with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photos. Details of our 12-month functional warranty are provided separately in that policy.

4. Prices and Billing

The price is the price at the time of the order, shown in your confirmation. Posted prices do not include shipping unless stated.

You agree to pay the posted price, including shipping and applicable taxes, with accurate payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, dispatch and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping policy.

6. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

Third-party tools and links are outside our control. You use them at your own risk and under their terms.

7. Relationship with Shopify

Sales in this store are made with Partoria, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for products you buy from us. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from those purchases.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy policy. Shopify also processes data as described there and in Shopify's privacy policy, because it hosts the store.

9. Feedback

If you send reviews or suggestions, we may use them. We do not have to pay you or keep them private. You are responsible for what you submit.

10. Errors

Prices, descriptions, shipping and availability may contain errors. We may correct them and cancel an order if the information was wrong.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
