How to return a part
Let us know within 14 days of delivery if you want to return a part. You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to send it back.
Request a return through your customer account, or email info@partoria.eu with your order number and the items you want to return.
We will review your request and email you the return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send the part to our registered company address.
Return shipping
If the part is wrong, damaged or not as ordered, we provide a return shipping label. If we cannot provide a label, we refund the return shipping cost.
If you changed your mind, send the part back at your own cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the part.
