2. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the company Trending Up s. r. o. (hereinafter referred to as the “seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “buyer”) arising from the purchase of goods through the online store www.partoria.eu.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Orders can only be placed online. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the order confirmation is sent to the buyer’s email address.
4. Payment Methods
Available payment options:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (if available – contact us if interested)

In the case of cash on delivery, shipping costs may be required in advance.
5. Delivery Terms
Goods are shipped from warehouses within the EU using courier services.
- Estimated delivery date is provided on the product page, in the shopping cart, and in the confirmation email.
- The seller reserves the right to change the courier without prior notice.
- If the item is unavailable, the order will be canceled and the payment refunded.
- In case of an equivalent product with the same OE number, a replacement may be shipped without prior notice.
- Product images are for illustration purposes only.
- The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third parties.
6. Returns (Withdrawal from Contract)
The buyer has the right to return goods within 14 calendar days of delivery, with or without stating a reason.
Return process:
- Fill out the return form at www.partoria.eu/vratenie
- After submitting the form, you have 14 days to send the goods back
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received
Do not send the goods to the company’s registered address. The correct return address will be provided after submitting the form.
Failure to collect the shipment does not constitute a valid withdrawal from the contract. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge incurred costs.
If the item is defective, return shipping costs are covered by the seller.
7. Complaints and Warranty
We provide the following warranty periods:
- 24 months for new products
- 12 months for used products
Complaint procedure:
- Submit a claim at www.partoria.eu/reklamacia
- You will receive instructions for returning the item
- Complaints are resolved within 30 days
If the complaint is accepted, the buyer is entitled to:
- replacement with an equivalent product, or
- retain the product with an appropriate discount
8. Personal Data Protection
Your personal data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and communication.

10. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of August 3, 2025, and apply to all orders placed through www.partoria.eu.
The seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version is always available on the website.
