Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from EU-based warehouses. This ensures fast delivery and no customs fees within the European Union.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver to most EU countries. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us at info@partoria.eu.

Shipping methods

We ship using reliable courier services such as GLS, DPD, UPS, or national partners.
We reserve the right to change the carrier without prior notice based on availability and location.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery dates are:

  • Displayed on each product page
  • Shown in the shopping cart before checkout
  • Confirmed via email after placing your order

Most deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your country and stock availability.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery address (country)
  • Weight and size of the package
  • Shipping method chosen

Some promotional items may include free shipping, which will be clearly marked.

Important notes:

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.
  • If an item is unavailable, your order will be canceled, and your payment fully refunded.
  • A substitute product with the same OE number may be sent without notice if available and equivalent.
