At Partoria.eu, we believe returning an item or making a warranty claim shouldn’t be a hassle. Whether you ordered the wrong part, changed your mind, or received something defective — we’ve made the process simple and fair.

Here’s exactly how to do it and what to expect.


🔁 1. Returning an item (within 14 days)

You have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of delivery — no questions asked.

✅ Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and undamaged
  • Must be returned in its original packaging if possible
  • You must fill out our Return Form first

📄 How to return:

  1. Go to: www.partoria.eu/vratenie
  2. Fill out the return form
  3. After submitting, you’ll receive the return address by email
  4. Send the item back within 14 days

Important: Do not send the package to our company’s registered address — returns are processed through our logistics partners.

💸 When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using your original payment method unless agreed otherwise.


🛠️ 2. Filing a warranty claim (product defect or issue)

If the item you received is defective or not functioning properly, you can file a warranty claim.

🕒 Warranty periods:

  • 24 months for new products
  • 12 months for used or refurbished products

  2. Fill out the complaint form — describe the issue and attach photos if possible
  3. We will respond with return instructions

After receiving your item, we will evaluate the issue and resolve the claim within 30 days.


🧾 What are your options if the claim is approved?

Depending on the issue, you may receive:

  • replacement item of equal or better quality
  • partial refund
  • Or a full refund, if repair/replacement isn’t possible

We will cover the return shipping cost if the complaint is justified.


⚠️ What doesn’t qualify for a warranty?

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. brake pad wear after long use)
  • Products altered or tampered with
