At Partoria.eu, we believe returning an item or making a warranty claim shouldn’t be a hassle. Whether you ordered the wrong part, changed your mind, or received something defective — we’ve made the process simple and fair.
Here’s exactly how to do it and what to expect.
🔁 1. Returning an item (within 14 days)
You have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of delivery — no questions asked.
✅ Conditions:
- The item must be unused and undamaged
- Must be returned in its original packaging if possible
- You must fill out our Return Form first
📄 How to return:
- Go to: www.partoria.eu/vratenie
- Fill out the return form
- After submitting, you’ll receive the return address by email
- Send the item back within 14 days
Important: Do not send the package to our company’s registered address — returns are processed through our logistics partners.
💸 When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using your original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
🛠️ 2. Filing a warranty claim (product defect or issue)
If the item you received is defective or not functioning properly, you can file a warranty claim.
🕒 Warranty periods:
- 24 months for new products
- 12 months for used or refurbished products

- Fill out the complaint form — describe the issue and attach photos if possible
- We will respond with return instructions
After receiving your item, we will evaluate the issue and resolve the claim within 30 days.
🧾 What are your options if the claim is approved?
Depending on the issue, you may receive:
- A replacement item of equal or better quality
- A partial refund
- Or a full refund, if repair/replacement isn’t possible
We will cover the return shipping cost if the complaint is justified.
⚠️ What doesn’t qualify for a warranty?
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. brake pad wear after long use)
- Products altered or tampered with
